RJ Schauer
Founder / PresidentRuss founded the firm that bears his name in 1970. In 1985, Russ became the Group Financial Specialist for Prudential Insurance Company in the Chicagoland area. His function was to educate and train agents on how to develop a client base in the group insurance market. Russ has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table recognizing the outstanding achievement in Life Insurance sales. He is also a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of America, Dupage Association of Life Underwriters, and Dupage Association of Health Underwriters.
Scott Schauer
Vice PresidentScott brings almost 28 years of experience in insurance and financial services and a past partnership with Prudential Financial. He is a consistent Million Dollar Round Table qualifier. Scott was born and raised in Lombard, IL. He is an alumnus of Illinois State University, an avid golfer, and a passionate fan of Chicago professional sports teams. Prior to Prudential Financial, he worked at the Chicago Board of Trade and Kemper Financial. Scott is married to Claudia and they live in Carol Stream, IL, where they are busy raising their two boys.
Danielle Jarvis
Commercial/Personal Marketing ManagerDanielle (Dani) joined the agency in July of 2005. Dani is licensed in Life, Health, and Property and Casualty Insurance. She has over 25 years of experience in insurance. Dani is responsible for developing and servicing the Commercial and Personal Insurance within the agency. She is also in charge of the day-to-day operations of the agency.
Kathryn Wagner
Account ExecutiveKathryn (Katy) Wagner has been in the insurance industry since 1984. 28 of those years have been with RJ Schauer & Associates, LTD. Katy is licensed in Health, Life, and Property and Casualty Insurance. Katy is responsible for writing and maintaining the Personal Lines as well as supporting the Commercial Marketing Manager. She is the liaison between the client and the insurance companies.
